I bought "Remove Ads" but still see ads. Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
How do rewarded videos work? They're always optional — watch one to revive a run or earn bonus Quantum Shards. Removing ads does not disable them.
My progress or leaderboard score is missing. Progress is saved on your device and synced anonymously. Make sure you have a network connection so scores can upload.
